Admission Criteria
- A Hospital discharge certificate, Biopsy report, and other relevant documentregarding cancer.
- Status; terminally ill, end of life care, with no home ownership or supporters
- Free from any active infectious diseases
- Any race or religion or creed
- Special cases
လူနာလက္ခံရန္ သတ္မွတ္ခ်က္မ်ား
(က) ေဆးရုံဆင္းလက္မွတ္၊ အသားစ စမ္းသပ္ခ်က္အေျဖ၊ အျခားတရား၀င္ ကင္ဆာျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ား။
(ခ) ဘ၀၏ ေနာက္ဆံုးအဆင့္ရွိ ျပဳစုေစာင္ေရွာက္ရန္ လိုအပ္ေသာ၊ ျပဳစုေစာင့္ေရွာက္မည့္သူမရွိေသာ ခိုးကိုးရာမဲ့ ကင္ဆာေ၀ဒနာရွင္။
(ဂ) အျခားလူနာမ်ားအား ခ်က္ခ်င္းကူးစက္ႏိုင္ေသာ ေရာဂါကင္းရွင္းေသာ ေ၀ဒနာရွင္မ်ား
